1. Call 818-470-4344.  We will ask you a few questions about your business: Type of business, year built, square footage, number of restrooms, parking, and history of improvements.
2.  We will then send you a written proposal for you to sign and set up a date for Inspection of the site.
3. We will visit your site and perform an inspection of your facility.
4. We will identify all your accessibility risks and issue you a comprehensive report with photos, measurements, code references, and sketches.
5. We will talk to you about cost effective solutions on how to remedy the problems.
6. We will help you create a plan and a schedule based on your finances for the items to be corrected.
7. We will issue a State-numbered “Disability Access Inspection Certificate” that can be posted in your window (even if we found violations).
